The Advanced Maintenance Plan is the most comprehensive maintenance package offered by Home PC Patrol. Home PC Patrol's skilled technicians will optimize the client's system on a quarterly basis allowing the system to run at optimal performance levels at all times. Regular maintenance prolongs the life of your system, keeping it running like new, and insures that you do not incur the very expensive, one-time repair bills associated with other computer repair companies! Your network, internet settings, and programs are kept in optimal condition to keep you surfing the web at blazing fast speeds. Personal information stored in your computer's memory, is regularly removed to keep you and your family safe from internet crimes and identity theft.

The primary services that are completed on a regular basis include, but are not limited to:

• Network Maintenance

• Graphical, System File, & Internet Optimization

• Installation of Windows Critical and Security Updates

Subscribers of the Advanced Maintenance Plan also receive free diagnostic and repair of malfunctioning system hardware as part of their package.

Free peripheral installations are included to ensure that if you purchase a new printer or external DVD burner (for example), it will be installed for no additional charge during your scheduled visit. Peripheral installation includes external upgrades only on fully functional systems. Repair of malfunctioning hardware or upgrades requiring internal installation are covered only in the Advanced Maintenance Plan.

Subscribers of the Advanced Maintenance Plan receive all the benefits of the basic maintenance plan as well as free diagnostic and repair of of malfunctioning system hardware! Home PC Patrol will troubleshoot and identify malfunctioning parts and replace them at no additional charge. You only pay for parts, and Home PC Patrol will even find and order them for you, usually at prices much lower than retail stores. Our technicians know which manufacturers have withstood the test of time and will help you get the best quality component for the best price possible.

This plan also makes upgrading your system a breeze as our technicians will discuss the best hardware upgrades for your computing needs, and install them free of charge during your regularly scheduled visit. Why replace your system every couple of years when you can upgrade it for a fraction of the cost!

Neither the Advanced nor the Basic Maintenance Plan covers the cost of any necessary hardware components required to perform the necessary repairs or upgrades.
