Maintenance Plans

  • Basic Maintenance Plan

    The Basic Maintenance Plan is a comprehensive annual service package that allows a Home PC Patrol technical specialist to perform scheduled maintenance on your PC on a quarterly basis for a total of four maintenance visits each year. Every 90 days, Home PC Patrol will perform a complete operating system service, network diagnostic & optimization, as well as peripheral set-up & installation if needed.

  • Advanced Maintenance Plan

    The Advanced Maintenance Plan is the most inclusive service package offered by Home PC Patrol including all of the coverage of the Basic Maintenance Plan, but in addition, covers hardware repair and upgrades as well. A skilled technician will perform regularly scheduled hardware and software maintenance and optimization your system every quarter to insure your PC performs like new all year long.

Software Services

  • Operating System Service

    Home PC Patrol specializes in performing comprehensive operating system services that typically allow us to restore even the most sluggish, virus riddled PCs to 'better than new' performance. Operating system services consist of virus and spyware removal, network and file system maintenance, graphical and system file optimization, temporary file cleaning, windows critical and security updates, registry repair, security vulnerability repair, as well as incidental maintenance tasks.

  • Operating System Install

    Format your hard disk and install (or re-install) your Operating System. Must have disk(s) and valid product key. Graphical, System File, & Internet Optimization and Windows Critical and Security Updates included.

  • Software Install (Single Title)

    Install software onto your system. Must have disk and valid product key or purchase via internet at time of service.

Networking Services

  • Networking (Single Device)

    Home PC Patrol will connect a PC, Gaming System, DVR, Smartphone, Tablet, etc. to the internet or a network. If you have an internet / network capable device that you would like integrated into your network or simply connected to the internet; Home PC Patrol can take all the headache and hassle out of it. From Apple devices to wireless printers, Home PC Patrol can have you connected to a network or the internet in no time.

  • Networking

    Home PC Patrol's networking service includes the set up your network including a router and up to two additional devices.

    Networks can be set up for either home or business environments and as wired, wireless, or a combination of both. Network security is always a priority and all wifi networks are set up with encryption to keep your business or family safe from unauthorized network traffic.

  • Advanced Networking

    Home PC Patrol's advanced networking service includes the set up your network including a router and up to three additional devices; static IP addresses (upon request), password protected file and printer sharing, and network drive mapping.

    Networks can be set up for either home or business environments and as wired, wireless, or a combination of both. Network security is always a priority and all wifi networks are set up with encryption to keep your business or family safe from unauthorized network traffic.

  • Networking (Additional Device)

    When you purchase either Networking or Advanced Networking services, Home PC Patrol can add additional devices to accommodate even large networks with diverse device configurations.

  • Broadband / Internet Service

    Troubleshoot and repair your internet connection. Must have a active, working account with an Internet Service Provider. Broken connections due to hardware failure will incur additional charges. Please have your user name and password for DSL or Dial Up connections ready at time of service.

Hardware Services

  • Hardware Install

    Home PC Patrol will install a single general hardware component into your PC. General hardware includes but is not limited to: video card, wired or wireless network card, disk drives (HD, CD, DVD, etc), sound card, memory, power supply, etc.

  • Hardware Install (Major)

    Home PC Patrol will install a single major hardware component into your PC. Major hardware components include but are not limited to: motherboards, processors, and RAID arrays.

  • Peripheral Installation

    Home PC Patrol will install a single perhipial product such as a printer, scanner, webcam, fax, digital camera, GPS, Pinacle Recording I/O Cards, PC-DVR, Slingbox, etc. and all associated software.

    The peripheral installation service does not include the purchase of the peripheral, any additional components, adapters, or cables that may be necessary to complete the installation.

  • Computer Setup

    Home PC Patrol will set up or relocate a single PC within your residence or business. The tower (computer), monitor, keyboard, mouse, and speakers will be hooked up and tested. Setup includes wire management (upon request), driver installation (if necessary), and configuration of internet access.

    Set up services do not include furniture relocation or modification, structural or wiring modifications to walls or sockets, purchase of additional cables or extensions that may be required.
