My computer was acting strange so I had Brad take a look at it. It turns out there were at least 2 viruses on my computer and I had a fake virus version of google chrome running. Brad was easy to contact and worked around my schedule. He was very accommodating. He worked on my computer completely via remote connection because I was not able to bring my laptop to him in person. In addition, Brad helped resolve my Microsoft Office issues. He did a great job and I am so grateful that my laptop is fixed!
