"Right before Christmas our tower had a system failure, it would not boot. Not only did Brad come and pick up my tower; he returned it the next day and hooked it up for me. Brad took the time to educate me on some security issues I did not even realize were issues. There were no surprises between the quote and final bill. He also called to tell me what he found, before he fixed it. Our tower now works as well as (if not better/fast) it did when it was brand new. Bye, bye Geek Squad!"
